My private classes are tailored to YOUR needs and goals. Whether you want to improve your flexibility in certain areas, mobility, get more toned or reach special yoga poses, I will design the perfect yoga session for you and adapt the class to your abilities, whatever level of yoga and fitness you have.

London & Greater London, I will come to your home/office with all the props needed. Possibility to practice at Nymeria Yoga's space on demand.

Everyday from 7am to 9pm.

How ?

I like to have an initial conversation with you to understand better what your goals are and what you want to get out of your practice. I will then design a whole class and program tailored to your needs.

Pricing ?

From 30£ for a 1h class, depending on where you live in London.

Possibility to book for small groups at a discounted rate. (With your friends, family, colleagues & loved ones, yoga is a beautiful practice to share!)
